Optimalisasi Google Workspace Untuk Efisiensi Operasional Bisnis UMKM: Studi Kasus Kedai Tobrook Yogyakarta

Abstract

This research aims to examine the use of Google Workspace as a tool for an Application Program Package for business operations in the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector, with a case study of a coffee shop called Kedai Tobrook by de Ngokow. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores how the integration of Google Form and Google Sheet is used for the recruitment process, employee attendance, monthly KPI reporting, making salary slips, and daily financial reports that can be accessed by stakeholders and shareholders. The results show that proper utilization of Google Workspace can increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability in small business operations.
