This study discusses the strategic role of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) in shaping the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual balance of students amid the challenges of moral degradation. The purpose of this research is to reveal the role of PAI teachers in enhancing emotional and spiritual intelligence, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using observation, interviews, primary and secondary data, and data analysis through reduction–presentation verification with triangulation, the findings show that PAI teachers contribute by strengthening self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, leadership, and life vision. This role is supported by curriculum adaptation, adequate facilities, professional support, as well as positive habituation programs and parental involvement.
